Came here for my first time recently and absolutely loved the experience. Cassandra was the woman who helped me and she was amazing. Cassandra is extremely knowledgeable (which is great cause I ask a lot of questions) and very sociable. The best thing about this establishment is the staff. When you speak to them about your wants/needs for glasses they genuinely care and will do what it takes to ensure satisfaction. 10/10 I cannot recommend this place enough! Definitely my new home for all of my eyeglass needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Vision Clinic since it opened, though I have only been a part of their customer family for about 8 years. Agnes and her compassionate TEAM fulfill my scripts for glasses every time, helping me find the perfect frame to suit my face. When I have to pay \out of pocket\, she always gives me discounts too. Excellent service!
I ordered my glasses from here just less than 2 years ago and they have not held up well at all. My experience with the eye test was good, and the staff are good. But my glasses took longer than normal, and I felt like I really had to nag them for updates because they couldn't be bothered to follow up like they said they would. I have been wearing glasses for 14 years, and have always purchased from the Vision Clinic. This was the first pair from this location and my glasses are in terrible condition. The coatings are flaking off the lenses, and they are full of scratches despite paying for the \anti scratch\ coating. I get anti scratch on every pair of glasses and I have even had pairs longer than the normal 2 years, and I have never ever had other glasses end up in such horrible condition. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the lifespan of my glasses especially considering how expensive they were.
my family and i have been going to the vision clinic for several years now and have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences. agnes is extraordinarily kind and helpful, and the entire staff is very welcoming :) we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
